Offering Telehealth video-conferencing sessions until further notice:
The health and safety of our therapists, our clients and their families is our utmost priority. We are monitoring the COVID-19 situation and hope to re-open our offices for in-person sessions in the summer or fall of 2021.
Currently, we are only offering sessions via Telehealth, a HIPAA compliant video-conferencing service. We will send you all the necessary documents via our secure client portal. Once your paperwork has been completed, we will formally schedule you for your first session. Each week, 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will receive an automatic email/text with the link to join your session – that link changes each week. Any copays are paid with the credit card or Flexible Spending Account card that you put on file with us. We will submit insurance claims on your behalf. Joining your Telehealth session is as simple as clicking on the link in your email using a camera enabled computer or by downloading the Telehealth app to join sessions with your smart phone. It’s secure and easy which allows you to focus on you!
