
Jennifer earned her Bachelors of Social Work Degree (BSW) from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and a Masters of Social Work Degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Maryland-Baltimore. She is a bilingual, licensed social worker (LMSW) with experience in medical settings, school settings, adolescent partial hospitalization programs (PHP) and intensive outpatient programs (IOP). She has experience facilitating Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness groups within the PHP and IOP settings.
She also has experience providing therapy in various settings serving immigrants, adults, adolescents, and high-risk youth with a wide range of emotional and behavioral disorders. Jennifer is fluent in Spanish.
