Do you accept health insurance?
Yes, we accept ALL FORMS of Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna and some of our therapists can accept United Healthcare. As a courtesy, we will process your claims for you. If you have an insurance plan that we do not accept, we advise that you familiarize yourself with your "out-of-network" benefits as many insurance companies will reimburse you a portion of your out-of-pocket expense. We'd be happy to provide you the necessary paperwork so that you can submit your claim on your own. We do require that our clients understand their own individual benefits and make us aware of those benefits so that we can bill accordingly.
How soon can I get an appointment?
We make every effort to schedule new clients as soon as possible. From start to finish, our clients usually have an appointment within 5-8 business days of their initial phone call. If you have flexibility in your schedule, especially for daytime sessions, we can accommodate you more quickly. Most of our new clients do not wait more than two weeks for their initial appointment.
What if I can't make a scheduled appointment with my therapist?
Simply email your respective therapist with at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or inquire about rescheduling an appointment. Appointments not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your regularly scheduled session or missed appointments will be assessed a $110 fee.
Do you offer video sessions?
Yes, we offer video sessions using the HIPAA compliant video platform called Telehealth. You will receive a weekly link to your session, 24 hours in advance of the day and time.
