Administrative office hours vary but typically they are Monday-Friday from 9am-4pm. If you call and get voicemail, please email us through our contact page. We do our best to respond to clients within 24-48 hours. If you do not receive a response within this time, please reach out again.
Our administrative office is staffed part-time. Clients are encouraged to use the client portal to make any updates or to reach out their respective therapist for scheduling changes.
If you are an existing client and have a schedule change or need to cancel an appointment, please reach out to your respective therapist.

Scheduling:
We will do our best to work with you and your family to find session times that are convenient for you. Sessions are approximately 50-55 minutes each. Any appointments that are canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or no-show appointments will incur a no-show/late cancellation fee of $110. To ensure your respective therapist would be a good fit for your needs, we typically schedule a 15–30-minute phone consultation to learn more about you/child. We require all electronic paperwork to be completed and submitted through our secure client portal in order to schedule the first session. Parents of minor clients: the first session is reserved for the clinician and the parent(s).
Fees and Insurance Information:
We are currently in-network with all forms of Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) and Cigna. A few of our therapists accept United Healthcare. For in-network insurances, we will process your insurance claims for you. If we do not accept your insurance, we advise that you determine if you have out-of-network benefits in which a portion of your out-of-pocket expense may be reimbursable. Clients simply pay the out-of-network rate at the time of service and submit their claims to their insurance company for reimbursement. We are happy to provide the appropriate paperwork (a superbill) you will need for reimbursement. It's the client's responsibility to understand their respective in-network and out-of-network benefits and make us aware of any changes or billing circumstances related to your insurance coverage and billing.
