Keara Iglesia, LGPC

Keara is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) in the state of Maryland and works with ages 8+ through adults. She earned her master’s degree from Niagara University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She completed her internship at Serenity Zone Therapy where she worked with individual adults and children. 

Keara works with her clients using a Client-Centered approach to provide the experience that best meets their needs. She has experience working with trauma survivors, anxiety disorders, and holds a high importance on fostering a safe and supportive therapeutic environment. She emphasizes collaboration with her clients to create clear goals for their work together and provide personalized care. Client empowerment and the cultivation of the client's skills and capabilities is central to her work. 

In her free time, Keara prefers to be out in nature, both in leisure and in sport, with family, friends, and her dogs. She also enjoys traveling, trying new recipes, and growing her own food.
