[Art therapy provides a unique opportunity for creative expression in moments when words alone are insufficient or inaccessible. Art creation, when facilitated by a trained art therapist, allows for safe, externalized, exploration of life experiences and trauma as well as seeks to build resilience. While Casey is a trained art therapist, she also employs traditional psychotherapy approaches and mindfully chooses interventions to fit each of her unique clients.]
Casey provides art therapy and traditional therapeutic services to teens and adults with a wide range of common challenges including:
· ADHD
· Anxiety
· Depression
· Trauma
· PTSD
· Stress Management
· Body Image
· Life Transitions
· Family Dynamics
· Attachment Relationships
· LGBTQIA+ Ally
· Parenting
· Grief & Loss
Casey believes that developing a strong, trusting, therapeutic relationship with the client is crucial to creating a strength-based and client centered experience. Her sessions focus on personal growth, social-emotional wellbeing, and growing each client’s coping skill “toolbox.”
