A strong proponent of maintaining one’s mental health and well-being, she specializes in supporting individuals through challenges related to relationships, self-esteem, life transitions, anxiety, and depression.
Kinda uses a psychodynamic approach to help her clients explore how past experiences may be influencing the present and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to identify and change unhelpful thoughts and behaviors.
Kinda works with her clients to help them develop new ways of thinking and healthier coping mechanisms. She likes to empower her clients so that they can overcome obstacles and prevail.
