Do you accept health insurance?
Yes, we accept Carefirst Blue Cross Blue Shield and some clinitians accept Cigna. As a courtesy, we will process your BCBS claims for you. If you have another insurance plan, we advise that you familiarize yourself with your “out-of-network” benefits. Many insurance companies will reimburse you a portion of your out-of-pocket expense. We will provide you the necessary paperwork so that you can submit your claim on your own. We also offer a limited number of appointments for our families who need financial assistance.
How soon can I get an appointment?
We make every effort to schedule new clients as soon as possible. If you have flexibility in your schedule, we can accommodate you more quickly. Most of our new clients do not wait more than two weeks for their initial appointment.
What if I can’t make a scheduled appointment?
We asked that you give us 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. You can send your therapist an email or text message. Appointments not cancelled within 24 hours will be charged as normal.
Do you offer video sessions?
Yes, we offer video sessions using the HIPAA compliant video platform called, Telehealth. Your therapist will send you a link to join him/her for your session.
COVID-19 Updated: Until further notice, we are offering session only via Telehealth. We hope that we can go back to in-person sometime in 2021.
