As an active First Responder for 18 years, Matt knows the stress you face on a daily basis and how difficult work-life balance can be. Having to make difficult split second decisions, being second guessed daily by others, worried about endless paperwork, regulations/protocols and legal issues, all weigh heavily on a person. As a chief negotiator for contract negotiations, 2nd Vice President of a state-wide organization, treasurer for a local organization with 1200+ members, husband, father, business owner and previously a full-time student, intern, and employed full-time. He manages all of these roles simultaneously and understands the difficulties in juggling a lot of balls. He recognizes your concerns about confidentiality and your sensitivity to trust.
