Hours and Availability:
Hours of operation: Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM- 9:00PM each day, by appointment only. Occasionally, weekday, daytime appointments can be accommodated, as well as some limited weekend appointments. Yes, we are accepting new clients and will do our best to work with you and your family to find session times that are convenient for you. Sessions are approximately 53 minutes each. Any appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or no-show appointments will incur a no-show/late cancellation fee.
Fees and Insurance Information:
We are currently in-network with Carefirst Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS). Claims are submitted to Carefirst BCBS after your appointment. If you have another insurance company, you may have out-of-network benefits coverage where a portion of your out-of-pocket cost would be reimbursable. Simply call your insurance company to verify coverage/benefits. At the time of your appointment, you can self-pay and we will provide you a statement that you can send to your insurance provider. It’s the clients responsibility to understand their respective out-of-network benefits. For anyone with financial limitations, we have generous sliding scale rates we offer on a case-by-case basis. To ensure you are a good fit with your respective therapist, we schedule a free 15 minute phone consultation with each new client prior to the first appointment. Prior to your first appointment, you will need to have all of your paperwork completed and submitted as well ensure we have all of your contact and health insurance information (if applicable).
