Administrative office hours: Monday – Friday from 9:00 AM- 4:00PM. If you call and get voicemail, please leave a message or email us now. If you wish to make a schedule change or to cancel an appointment, please reach out to your respective therapist.
The administrative office will observe the following holiday’s in 2021 – these are subject to change or be updated at any time:
- MCPS/Spring Break: Wednesday, 3/31 – Friday, 4/2
- Memorial Day: Monday, May 31st
- Summer Holiday: Friday, June 25th
- Independence Day: Friday, July 2nd
- Labor Day: Sept. 6th
- Thanksgiving: Wednesday, Nov. 24th – Friday, Nov. 26th
- Christmas: Wednesday, Dec. 22rd- Friday, Dec. 24th
- New Year’s: Friday, Dec. 31st
We will do our best to work with you and your family to find session times that are convenient for you. Sessions are approximately 53 minutes each. Any appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or no-show appointments will incur a no-show/late cancellation fee of $125. To ensure you are a good fit with your respective therapist, we typically schedule a 15-30 minute phone consultation prior to the first appointment. We require all paperwork completed and submitted through our secure client portal in order to schedule the first session. Parent’s of minor clients: the first session is reserved for the clinician and the parent(s).
Fees and Insurance Information:
We are currently in-network with Carefirst Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) and Cigna – only certain clinicians are credentialed with Cigna. Claims are submitted to Carefirst BCBS & Cigna after your appointment. If you have another insurance company, you may have out-of-network benefits coverage where a portion of your out-of-pocket cost would be reimbursable. Simply call your insurance company to verify coverage/benefits. At the time of your appointment, you can self-pay and we will provide you a statement that you can send to your insurance provider. It’s the client’s responsibility to understand their respective in-network and out-of-network benefits and make us aware of any changes or billing circumstances related to your insurance coverage and billing.
