To ensure your respective therapist would be a good fit for your needs, we typically schedule a 15–30-minute phone consultation to learn more about you/child. We require all electronic paperwork to be completed and submitted through our secure client portal in order to schedule the first session. Parents of minor clients: the first session is reserved for the clinician and the parent(s).
Fees and Insurance Information:
We are currently in-network with all forms of Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) and Cigna. A few of our therapists can accept United Healthcare. Claims are submitted to your insurance after your appointment. If you have another insurance company that we are not in-network with, you may have out-of-network benefits coverage where a portion of your out-of-pocket cost would be reimbursable. You would need to pay for your session costs and work with your insurance for reimbursement. We can provide you a statement/”super bill” that you can send to your insurance provider. It’s the client’s responsibility to understand their respective in-network and out-of-network benefits and make us aware of any changes or billing circumstances related to your insurance coverage and billing.
